Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum three months of related experience or training
- must be at least 21 years of age
- at the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- obtain and maintain Food Handler’s Card within 90 days of employment
- obtain and maintain TIPS Certification upon employment
- no driving responsibilities
- ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- must present neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- exposure to fumes or airborne particles including secondhand smoke
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- keep the bar stations fully stocked including ice, mixes, garnishes, napkins, and straws
- provide coverage to other bars as requested and ensure coverage during meal periods
- maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of workspaces and adjacent areas including trash removal and cleaning of bar surfaces and equipment
- prepare fruit garnishes and assist bartenders with mixing bulk alcohol and mix recipes
- assist bartenders in greeting guests and taking drink orders
- serve drinks and collect payments as needed
- ensure all bar equipment is functioning correctly and coordinate maintenance
- monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with inventory control
- notify supervisors of any issues including intoxicated or underage guests
- perform other duties to support efficient bar operations
