- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board

Job Duties
- Stock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas
- restock supplies throughout shift
- ensure all bar equipment and tools are clean and in working condition
- assist with basic drink preparation and delivery when appropriate and permitted
- respond quickly to bartender requests to help maintain prompt service
- follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned
