This particular job opening is for a part-time Bar Back position located at BXP - 200 Clarendon Street in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Bar Back, your key responsibilities will involve replenishing liquor, beer, and wine supplies throughout the shift and supporting the bartender by preparing beverage items and maintaining bar cleanliness. You will also assist in delivering needed food and beverage items from the kitchen and storerooms to the bar area, ensuring all supplies such as snacks, napkins, and garnishes are well stocked. Essential duties also include ensuring that beer taps operate correctly, placing top-shelf liquor on the back shelf, and helping with opening and closing side work. Cleanliness is a major part of the role—you will be expected to bus tables, clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and floors, and remove rubbish regularly to maintain a tidy and pleasant environment for patrons and staff.
