Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older
- Current alcohol service certification (Hawaii liquor card) required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and stand or walk for long periods
- Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred
- Familiarity with bar inventory and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bar backing or similar hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of basic beverage service procedures
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older with valid alcohol service certification
Job Duties
- Support bartenders by preparing and restocking bar inventory
- Assist with bar setup and cleaning before, during, and after service
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar stations
- Help maintain accurate inventory and supply levels
- Collaborate with bartenders and wait staff to deliver smooth service
- Carry out tasks in compliance with safety and liquor laws
- Assist with setting up portable bars and specialty stations during banquet events
