Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to apply
- preferred minimum of one year’s experience in the bar or restaurant industry
- comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- positive and resilient personality
- capability to walk, stand, and frequently handle heavy items within a fast-paced, demanding environment
- availability to work during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for the bartenders
- support cocktail servers by clearing tables
- assist in trash and recycling disposal as required
- communicate potential issues to the Manager on Duty
- aid in managing unruly patrons when necessary
- rotate kegs as needed
- contribute to the bussing, cleaning, and stocking of glassware
- keep the sales and service floor free from debris
- uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility
