Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience required
- ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
- full-time availability preferred
- willingness to work varied hours and days
- ability to lift and carry supplies necessary for the job
- adherence to company policies including drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a bar back or similar hospitality role
- ability to work a full-time schedule with open availability preferred

- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Receive all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed
- replenish all liquor, beer, and wine at the bar throughout the shift
- retrieve needed food items from the kitchen and deliver to bar area
- retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar
- set up bottles on bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf
- ensure beer taps are working properly
- place appropriate bar snacks on counter and keep supplies stocked
- assist in opening and closing side work as assigned
- bus tables in bar area
- ensure cleanliness and tidiness of bar or lounge areas including washing work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors
- sweep and mop service areas and floor mats
- remove rubbish from all receptacles
- prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartender
- perform other duties as assigned
