The Bar Back role at Restaurant Associates is essential in maintaining smooth and efficient bar operations. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing inventory by receiving all liquor, beer, and wine from storage and replenishing these items at the bar throughout their shift. This role also involves supporting the bartending team by preparing and serving beverages as needed, as well as ensuring that the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies such as snacks and garnishes. Additionally, Bar Backs are tasked with maintaining equipment like beer taps and performing side work duties including opening and closing tasks and bussing tables in the bar area. This position requires an individual with attention to detail, flexibility in scheduling with a preference for open availability, and a proactive approach to customer service and team support.
