Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fine dining or bar-back role preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Available to work varied hours including days and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and stocking
Job Qualifications
- Prior fine dining experience is preferred
- Ability to work full time with flexible schedule and open availability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom and replenishes bar inventory throughout shift
- Retrieves food and beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers them to the bar area
- Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf
- Ensures beer taps are working properly
- Places appropriate bar snacks on counter and keeps supplies stocked
- Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned
- Buses tables in bar area and maintains cleanliness of bar or lounge areas
