We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Backs to join our team and support our bartenders in maintaining the smooth operation of our bars. As a Bar Back, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the bar environment is clean, well-stocked, and ready to serve guests efficiently. The position offers competitive pay, including $6.05 per hour plus tips, which ensures earnings meet or exceed minimum wage. In your role as a Bar Back with Chevys Fresh Mex, you will be the backbone of the bar service team. Responsibilities include supporting bartenders during busy service times by restocking and rotating beer, wine, and liquor supplies, cleaning and organizing barware and bar areas, and changing kegs efficiently to avoid service disruption. Maintaining visual appeal and operational readiness of the bar area is crucial to providing excellent customer service and contributing to the energetic and welcoming atmosphere that Chevys Fresh Mex is known for.
