Job Requirements

be at least the minimum legal age required for serving or handling alcohol
have the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
be able to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts
have availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
possess good interpersonal skills to maintain a friendly demeanor during busy times
be capable of understanding and communicating instructions clearly
be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping down surfaces
have the ability to thrive in a noisy, fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
strong communication skills
ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently
positive attitude and willingness to learn
knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety practices is an advantage

Job Duties

plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements our food and games, contributing to an atmosphere of all-out fun for our guests
keeps the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about any low stock, spills, or equipment issues, taking immediate action or suggesting solutions
provides efficient support by promptly restocking bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice bins are full, helping to minimize wait times for guests
maintains a positive and helpful attitude while assisting the bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
assists with guest requests by relaying information to the bartender and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized for a positive guest experience
supports the bartender by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items quickly and efficiently
ensures empty glasses are collected and the bar area is kept tidy throughout service
