Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-year experience required
Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
Dependability-job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Team player is must
Strong task and time management abilities
Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools
Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs
Maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge of menu items and cocktail recipes
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with good task and time management abilities
Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Basic knowledge of bar equipment and minor repair skills

Job Duties

Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking garnishes, straws, napkins, ensuring bartenders have clean towels and glassware
Ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
Check taps and appliances to confirm proper working condition, perform minor repairs or change kegs as needed
Keep the bar clean by wiping surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
Perform bussing responsibilities including clearing empty cups and trash from bar top and tables
Learn about menu items and memorize cocktail recipes, assist bartenders while learning POS navigation
Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties
