At Tio Taco + Tequila, being a Barback means becoming an integral part of the bar operations by providing essential support to bartenders, ensuring they have all necessary supplies and that the bar remains fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift. This role is fundamental in maintaining the efficiency and smooth functioning of the bar, helping to create a seamless guest experience. The Barback will manage restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools while maintaining stringent health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
