Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Food Handlers card is required
- high school diploma
- TIPS or RBS certification is required
- basic mathematical skills to handle money and give correct change
- one year of experience in a similar position preferred
- knowledgeable in basic classic cocktails and other beverage

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- perform opening and closing duties of the bar
- assist bartenders with all aspects of their job functions
- prepare sliced fruits, garnishes, and other bar accoutrements
- uphold cleanliness of bar spaces, glassware, and tools
- monitor bar service to ensure timely guest beverage service
- communicate with management and team to meet restaurant standards
- engage guests with polite and professional demeanor
- follow all company and bar safety rules and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
