The Bar Back position at Twin Peaks plays a crucial supporting role behind the scenes to ensure the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves cleaning and maintaining bar stations, stocking beverage supplies, changing kegs, checking equipment functionality, and ensuring hygiene standards are always met. The Bar Back works closely with bartenders (Twin Peaks Girls) to create an inviting and well-maintained bar area. Employees in this role must adhere strictly to the dress code and grooming standards, emphasizing a polished, clean, and professional appearance. Those employed as Bar Backs at Twin Peaks must successfully complete orientation and training programs before working shifts independently. This full-time or part-time role requires individuals comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods while being exposed to a variety of environmental factors including kitchen fumes and occasionally wet conditions. Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Back
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- Willingness to attend orientation and complete training prior to working independently
- Success in completing required training certifications

Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized bar
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties including, but not limited to, restocking the bar with all necessary items, cleaning the bar, mopping, etc.
- Ensuring the bar is always well stocked
- Changing kegs, checking taps, and appliances to confirm they are working and in good repair
