Job Requirements
- exemplify the triple t hospitality experience by delivering great guest service and going above and beyond for team members and guests
- restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools throughout the shift
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar mats, sinks, and storage areas
- remove trash, clean spills, and ensure bar stations are sanitary and guest-ready
- assist with keg changes and deliveries
- support bartenders during peak hours with prep and service needs
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management
- attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
- strong work ethic and attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
- team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- reliable transportation and punctuality
- eagerness to learn and grow in a hospitality-driven environment
