The role available at the Fort Myers location focuses on venue operations with specific responsibility for the bar area. This position is integral to ensuring a well-maintained and efficiently operated bar that meets guest expectations in a high-volume, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining stock levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other essential bar supplies. They will also be responsible for cleaning and preserving bar equipment, glassware, and utensils to uphold sanitation standards. Additional duties include collecting empty glasses and bottles, restocking ice supplies during busy periods, and ensuring the bar area is tidy and organized at all times.
