The bar-back role is a pivotal position within our team, acting as the bartender's extra set of hands to support all bar operations. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual who can maintain stock levels, assist bartenders during service, and ensure that the bar area is clean and fully equipped at all times. Responsibilities include cleaning and wiping down bar area counters, washing glasses and dishes, managing drink spills, restocking liquor, garnishes, and supplies, changing beer kegs, and taking care of trash removal and ice well refills. The bar-back position is an excellent entry point for those looking to start a career in bartending, with many of our current bartenders having started in this role.
