The position available is based at the Grand Rapids Complex, which includes Van Andel Arena, Acrisure Amphitheater, and Amway Stadium in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role focuses on operational support within the beverage service area, working under the guidance of the Operational management team to ensure smooth bar operations during live events. Responsibilities include stocking, replenishing, cleaning, and maintaining bar supplies and equipment to ensure guests enjoy seamless and high-quality experiences. This role demands physical stamina and flexibility, requiring long hours of standing and moving around during events, sometimes in varied indoor and outdoor settings. The individual will be responsible for restocking items such as glasses, drink supplies, napkins, condiments, and beer kegs, alongside maintaining cleanliness and polish standards for the bar, counters, and all related service areas. Critical to this role is ensuring supplies remain adequately stocked, ice levels maintained, and waste properly disposed of. Employees in this position will also engage in daily activities that enhance service performance and safety while being proactive in reviewing and improving work procedures.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- 1-2 years experience in food service or bar environment preferred
- Knowledge of guest service principles and processes
- Good oral communication skills
- Mature judgment and professionalism
- Ability to understand orders
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Complete tasks related to stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of beverages under operational management guidance
- Maintain and stock supplies such as glasses, cups, napkins, drink supplies, condiments
- Stock refrigerating units with wines and beer, replace beer kegs
- Replenish ice at bar
- Clean and polish bar, counters, shelves, equipment, and bar stools
- Pick up and dispose of trash at bar and service areas
- Review work procedures and operational problems to improve service, performance, and safety
