One of their vibrant establishments, Tio Taco + Tequila, is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant known for its welcoming atmosphere, exceptional food, and outstanding service. The restaurant is committed to delivering memorable dining experiences by combining a lively ambiance with authentic flavors and attentive service. At Tio Taco + Tequila, the mission goes beyond just food and drinks; it is about crafting moments that guests remember fondly and encouraging a culture where employees thrive and grow. The company believes that "good" is never enough and that true greatness is what leaves a lasting impression.

The Barback position at Tio Taco + Tequila plays a critical role behind the scenes to ensure the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Barback, you are essential to supporting the bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and well-organized, which allows bartenders to focus on delivering exceptional service to guests. Responsibilities include restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools; maintaining cleanliness of bar mats, sinks, and storage areas; removing trash and cleaning spills; assisting with keg changes and deliveries; and supporting bartenders during busy periods. Furthermore, Barbacks must adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation standards, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Being part of Triple T Hospitality means embracing a work culture that prioritizes guest experience and team success. The Barback role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment while developing skills that can lead to further growth within the company.
