Job Requirements

must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required
able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
able to stand and walk for most of the shift
able to perform various active physical tasks
able to maintain endurance in a high-volume working environment

Job Qualifications

positive attitude
ability to work well in a team environment
focus on delivering excellent player experience
ability to stay calm in a busy environment
previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus
legal age to serve in the jurisdiction of employment
certification in responsible beverage service where required by law

Job Duties

Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing
keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly
work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to ensure service efficiency
adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
embody Topgolf's core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring
