We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable bar-back to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role offers an hourly wage with potential growth opportunities, as many of our bartenders have started their careers as bar-backs with us. As a bar-back, you will be the bartenders' extra set of hands, playing a crucial role behind the scenes to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations. Your responsibilities will span maintaining stock levels, supporting bartenders during service, and ensuring the bar area is spotless and well-equipped at all times. You will assist by restocking liquor and garnishes, changing beer kegs, cleaning spills, washing glassware, and managing waste disposal. This position is integral in providing seamless assistance that helps our bartenders focus on creating amazing drinks and providing impeccable customer service to our patrons.
