Job Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • must be 21 or older
  • must have or be able to obtain ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
  • must have or be able to obtain California Food Handler Certification
  • previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
  • must be capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, including overhead lifting and handling of kegs
  • must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Restock liquor, beer, juices, and bar supplies
  • keep liquor rooms and beer coolers clean, organized, and stocked
  • complete opening duties to ensure the bar is fully set up and ready for service
  • complete side work and closing duties, including cleaning the bar area, restocking glassware, and preparing for the next shift
  • support bartenders by keeping wells stocked, ensuring kegs are connected and functioning, and replenishing supplies throughout service
  • change kegs and assist with inventory organization as needed
  • maintain all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines
