We are currently seeking motivated, detail-driven Bar Backs to join our restaurant and bar team. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in supporting great service by keeping the bar running smoothly. As a Bar Back, you will play a critical role in ensuring bartenders have everything they need to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include restocking liquor, beer, juices, and bar supplies while maintaining a clean and organized liquor room and beer cooler. You will perform opening duties to set the bar for service and complete side work and closing duties to prepare for the next shift. Supporting bartenders throughout service by keeping wells stocked, changing kegs, and handling inventory organization are key aspects of this role. Adherence to health and safety regulations is paramount, as you will help uphold all sanitation standards in line with Health Department guidelines.
