Job Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
must be 21 or older
must have or be able to obtain ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
must have or be able to obtain California Food Handler Certification
previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
must be capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment
must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, including overhead lifting and handling of kegs
must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift

Job Duties

Restock liquor, beer, juices, and bar supplies
keep liquor rooms and beer coolers clean, organized, and stocked
complete opening duties to ensure the bar is fully set up and ready for service
complete side work and closing duties, including cleaning the bar area, restocking glassware, and preparing for the next shift
support bartenders by keeping wells stocked, ensuring kegs are connected and functioning, and replenishing supplies throughout service
change kegs and assist with inventory organization as needed
maintain all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines
