Job Description
Twin Peaks is a renowned American restaurant and sports lodge chain that combines exceptional food, refreshing beverages, and a unique ambiance celebrating the great outdoors. Established with a strong commitment to quality and customer service, Twin Peaks stands out as a vibrant and welcoming dining destination offering hearty meals and an extensive beverage program. With locations across several states, the brand is recognized for its lodge-style setting, featuring décor inspired by mountain life, and an energetic environment that caters to guests looking to enjoy both casual dining and live sports entertainment. The establishment’s core values focus on teamwork, pride, and maintaining high standards in every aspect of the dining experience, particularly within their bars, which are pivotal to their guest service.
The Bar Back position at Twin Peaks is an essential role designed to support the dynamic bar environment by ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient operation behind the scenes. As a Bar Back, you will be responsible for maintaining all elements related to the bar service, including cleanliness, stocking, and equipment upkeep. This role demands a dedicated team player with pride in their work, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere where precision and high standards are paramount. You will work closely with bartenders, often referred to as the Twin Peaks Girls, to facilitate seamless service and contribute to a memorable guest experience.
The position requires adherence to strict uniform and grooming standards that reflect the brand’s professional image, including a clean Twin Peaks black hat worn facing forward, a tidy appearance, and no visible jewelry. Maintaining safety and sanitation protocols is a critical aspect, meeting House of Hospitality standards and compliance with local and state regulations related to food and alcohol service. The Bar Back must be physically capable of performing tasks that require standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and managing equipment and supplies that keep the bar operational.
This role offers candidates the opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive and structured training environment that incorporates technology such as tablets for instruction. The training process culminates in working shifts independently after completing all required educational components. By joining Twin Peaks as a Bar Back, you become part of a team that values discipline, cooperation, and a positive work atmosphere. Whether assisting with open and closing duties, changing kegs, or ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times, this job plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards that guests expect. If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to contribute to a lively hospitality team, the Bar Back position at Twin Peaks in Fort Worth, TX, offers a rewarding career path with a company that respects and supports its employees.
