Job Description
Twin Peaks is a popular American sports lodge-style restaurant and bar known for its unique combination of great food, refreshing beverages, and a fun, energetic atmosphere. With a focus on hospitality, Twin Peaks offers an environment where guests can enjoy a memorable dining experience featuring made-from-scratch dishes and a wide variety of drinks. The brand is characterized by its commitment to pride, extreme standards, and discipline, and is distinguished by the friendly and attentive service provided by an enthusiastic team. Twin Peaks operates multiple locations across the United States, each staffed by dedicated team members who ensure the bar and dining areas are well-maintained and inviting. The company is widely recognized for its team-oriented culture and the emphasis it places on employee training and development to maintain excellent service standards.
The Bar Back position at Twin Peaks is a critical support role focused on the upkeep and maintenance of the bar area and ensuring that the unique beverage program runs smoothly. The Bar Back works closely with bartenders, or Twin Peaks Girls, to create an efficient and clean environment that meets the company’s high standards for service and cleanliness. Responsibilities include restocking supplies, cleaning the bar area, changing kegs, and maintaining equipment to keep everything in optimal working condition. The role requires a team player who adheres strictly to Twin Peaks' uniform standards and policies. This is a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail, discipline in following safety and sanitation procedures, and the ability to learn through technology-assisted training such as tablets and computers. Applicants for the Bar Back role must be able to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds, work effectively in wet, humid, and sometimes smoky conditions, and comply with all local and state regulations related to food and alcohol safety training. This position is ideal for individuals who want to be part of a dynamic team, enjoy working behind the scenes in a lively bar setting, and who take pride in supporting front-of-house operations that enhance the customer's experience. Twin Peaks encourages all candidates to present themselves professionally and with enthusiasm when applying, emphasizing the importance of a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
