Job Description

Twin Peaks is a renowned restaurant and bar chain known for its unique lodge-inspired atmosphere, exceptional food, and an extensive beverage program. Established to provide guests with a distinctive dining and entertainment experience, Twin Peaks combines the excitement of a high-energy sports bar with the charm of a rustic mountain lodge. The brand prides itself on its warm hospitality, top-quality service, and meticulously maintained environment, which fosters team spirit and high operational standards across all its locations.

As a Bar Back at Twin Peaks, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth running of the bar, supporting the bartenders — affectionately known as Twin Peaks Girls — by ensuring that the bar is always clean, well-stocked, and compliant with all health and safety standards. The position demands a professional attitude, extreme attention to detail, and a commitment to uphold the pride and discipline that define the Twin Peaks brand. This part-time or full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environments and who want to be part of a motivated team dedicated to delivering a great guest experience.

The Bar Back at Twin Peaks is responsible not only for stocking and cleaning but also for adhering strictly to uniform standards and company policies relating to safety and cleanliness. You will be involved in a variety of duties ranging from restocking beverage supplies and changing kegs to assisting in opening and closing procedures and maintaining all bar equipment in good repair. This role requires physical stamina, excellent teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt through training programs delivered via technology such as tablets or computers.

Successful candidates will be trained extensively to comply with local, state, and company regulations, particularly those concerning food and alcohol service. Twin Peaks emphasizes a positive work environment free from harassment and substance abuse, with clear policies to protect its employees' welfare. If you are motivated, enjoy working with others, and want a role that offers room for growth and development within an established and respected brand, the Bar Back at Twin Peaks might be the perfect fit. You are encouraged to dress professionally, bring a positive attitude, and be ready to engage with the manager and team in person following your online application to fully seize the opportunity.
