Bar-back

Our establishment is a vibrant bar dedicated to providing excellent service and a dynamic atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for an energetic bar-back to join us for shifts on Wednesday and Saturday. This role is crucial in supporting our bartenders and ensuring the bar operates smoothly during busy service times.

As a bar-back, you will be the essential support system behind the bar, responsible for maintaining stock levels, assisting bartenders with their needs, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and stocked throughout each shift. You will handle tasks such as cleaning, washing glasses, restocking supplies, managing spills, and other duties that keep the bar running efficiently. This position offers a great opportunity for growth and development as many successful bartenders started their careers as bar-backs. This role ensures that every guest receives prompt and quality service while the bartenders can focus on crafting drinks and engaging with customers confidently.
