This immediate hiring opportunity is for the role of Bar Back, a key hourly position within the team that supports the bartenders and enhances the player experience by maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and efficient bar area. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, popular entertainment environments and enjoy contributing to a fun, collaborative atmosphere. Bar Backs support the energy and flow of service by ensuring bartenders have all necessary supplies, handling glassware and utensils, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role involves physical activity, including lifting, moving items up to 50 pounds, and continuously being on one’s feet. Candidates with a positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and a dedication to delivering excellent player-focused service will find this position rewarding. Job Requirements
- Be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and a dedication to exceptional player service
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Required certifications in responsible beverage service where applicable
Job Duties
- Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly
- Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar environment
