The Barback role at Topgolf is an integral part of ensuring that the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently. This position involves maintaining a well-stocked bar, supporting the bartenders by replenishing liquor, mixers, and garnishes, and making sure all supplies and equipment are clean and in good working order. The Barback works behind the scenes, assisting with organization and cleanliness, restocking supplies during peak hours, and providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest needs. Job Duties
- Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies
- Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning
- Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
