Bar-back

We are currently looking to add a dedicated bar-back to our team to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.

As a bar-back, you will be the vital extra set of hands assisting the bartenders in every aspect behind the bar. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain inventory levels, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and easily accessible for the bartenders to deliver prompt service. You will assist in cleaning and maintaining the bar area, including wiping counters, furniture, and tabletops to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will be handling tasks such as washing glasses and dishes, managing drink spills and broken glassware without disruption to the bar's service flow, and ensuring that all trash is properly emptied. Additionally, you will support the bartenders by changing beer kegs, refilling ice wells, and replenishing garnishes and bar supplies.
