The position available is for a Barback who plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by maintaining cleanliness, stocking the bar, and ensuring prompt, friendly service to guests. Barbacks at Dave & Buster's contribute significantly to the overall guest experience by keeping the bar areas fully equipped and organized, enabling bartenders to focus on delivering high-quality beverages. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests while adhering to safety and alcohol awareness procedures to manage guest behavior responsibly. Responsibilities include assisting with stock replenishment, managing bar supplies, pre-bussing tables, and ensuring that the bar remains clean and orderly throughout the shift. Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
willingness to work in hot and cold environments such as freezers and near cooking equipment
ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
ability to read and write handwritten notes
ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
able to walk or stand 100% of the shift
able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

minimum age of 18 years
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
capacity to follow safety and sanitation procedures
good communication skills
ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods
experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

stocks bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
maintains bottle and keg beer pars and requisition sheets
keeps bar areas clean
empties trash and spot sweeps floors
restocks and prepares supplies for shifts
performs opening and closing duties including party breakdown
assists with cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
supports party setup
assists with bar inventories
participates in incentives and contests
assists other team members as needed
maintains a cooperative and harmonious working climate
