You will be expected to assist with various tasks such as fetching ingredients and tools, ensuring glassware is clean and properly stored, and keeping the bar workstation tidy. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • As the bartenders’ extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar
  • You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs
  • There's potential opportunity for growth as many bartenders start as bar-backs
