The role of the bar-back is essential to the smooth operation of our bar. As the bartender’s extra set of hands, you will be responsible for supporting everything behind the bar. Your primary duties will include maintaining stock levels, assisting bartenders during service, and ensuring the bar area is well-organized and clean at all times. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can work efficiently under pressure, particularly during peak hours. Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • maintain stock levels behind the bar
  • assist bartenders during service
  • keep the bar area clean and organized

  • ensure timely removal of empty bottles and debris
  • help set up and close down the bar
