The Bar Back position at Twin Peaks is a vital role that supports the bar staff by maintaining all aspects of the bar environment and supporting the beverage program’s unique demands. This role requires dedication to cleanliness, organization, and efficiency, ensuring the bar operates smoothly during peak hours. The Bar Back plays a key supporting role to the bartenders, maintaining stocked stations, managing kegs and taps, and ensuring all equipment and appliances are functional and well-maintained. Employees in this position must adhere to strict uniform standards, present themselves professionally, and embody the company’s commitment to exceptional service. This full-time position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with team members, and champion safety and sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Back
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand and apply policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant
- ability to follow simple one or two step instructions
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- must successfully complete training and certifications as required
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, reach with hands and arms
- willingness to work in environments exposed to fumes, wet or humid conditions, and potentially cigarette smoke
- adherence to uniform guidelines
- no visible jewelry
- clean shaved or well-maintained facial hair
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Back

Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized bar
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- any other duty responsibility that management may deem necessary
- assisting with opening and closing duties including but not limited to restocking the bar with all necessary items, cleaning the bar, mopping, etc
- ensuring the bar is always well stocked
- changing kegs, checking taps, and appliances to confirm they are working and in good repair
