Job Requirements

be approachable and able to maintain a friendly demeanor even during busy times
be available to work various shifts including days nights and/or weekends as needed
thrive in a lively fast-paced environment with a moderate to high noise level
be able to understand and communicate instructions and information effectively
be able to lift and carry items such as cases of beverages ice bins and bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds
move efficiently around the bar area and stand for extended periods
be able to walk or stand for the entire duration of their shift
frequently reach bend stoop lift and wipe down surfaces to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar
meet the minimum age requirement for serving or handling alcohol as per local regulations

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a bar or fast-paced service environment is a plus but not required
ability to work well in a team setting under high-energy conditions
strong communication skills to interact effectively with bartenders and guests
ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
basic knowledge of bar operations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a busy environment

Job Duties

play a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements our food and games contributing to an atmosphere of all-out fun for our guests
keep the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about any low stock spills or equipment issues taking immediate action or suggesting solutions
provide efficient support by promptly restocking bar supplies preparing garnishes and ensuring ice bins are full helping to minimize wait times for guests
maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting the bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
assist with guest requests by relaying information to the bartender and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized for a positive guest experience
support the bartender by retrieving ingredients glassware and other necessary items quickly and efficiently
ensure empty glasses are collected and the bar area is kept tidy throughout service
