The position available is a Bar Back role, which is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of the bar area and supporting the bartenders. This role involves assisting bartenders by keeping the bar clean, fully stocked, and organized, ensuring that all guests receive prompt and friendly service. As a part of the team, Bar Backs help maintain a fun and welcoming atmosphere by contributing to the overall guest experience through attentive care and efficient service. Responsibilities include stocking garnishes, glassware, napkins, and straws, maintaining inventory and requisition sheets, and assisting in the preparation and setup of the bar. Bar Backs are also responsible for cleaning the bar and storage areas, pre-bussing tables, responding to guest needs quickly, and adhering to company policies regarding safety and alcohol awareness. The role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, working in fast-paced and sometimes noisy environments, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.
