The role available is that of a Bartender Assistant, a vital position responsible for supporting bartenders by maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area. The position involves delivering a warm and engaging guest experience by supporting timely and friendly service, adhering to company safety and sanitation policies, and assisting in bar operations such as inventory management, setup, and cleanup. Job Requirements

follows alcohol awareness procedures and assesses guest behavior
follows portion guidelines to ensure cost control
ensures ongoing guest satisfaction by responding to needs promptly
works quickly adhering to the full hands in, full hands out philosophy
delivers food to tables and ensures guests have everything they need
adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
stocks bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
maintains all bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift
ensures bar areas remain clean
empties trash and spot sweeps as needed
restocks and prepares supplies for shift change or close
performs opening and closing responsibilities
assists in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
assists in party setup of bars
assists in bar inventories as requested
participates in incentives and contests promoting sales and the brand
assists other team members as needed
maintains a favorable working relationship with all company team members
