Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in hot and cold environments including freezers and around cooking equipment
- Work in noisy, fast-paced, and distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about the facility and stand for long periods
- Walk or stand 100% of the shift
- Frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of alcohol awareness and responsible service
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation rules
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist others
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- Keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Follows alcohol awareness procedures and reports intoxicated guests
- Ensures portion control for cost management
- Maintains guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery and responding to needs
- Works efficiently following "Full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- Delivers food to tables and ensures guest needs are met
- Adheres to safety and sanitation policies
- Stocks bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- Maintains beer stock and requisition sheets
- Keeps bar areas clean
- Empties trash and performs spot sweeps
- Restocks and prepares supplies for shift changes
- Performs opening and closing duties
- Assists in cleaning and organizing bar storage
- Helps with party setup at bars
- Assists in bar inventories
- Participates in sales incentives and contests
- Supports other team members as needed
- Promotes cooperative and harmonious working relationships
