The company is committed to offering flexible scheduling to accommodate individual lifestyles and provides a comprehensive benefits package to many of its team members, including health care options and retirement planning, alongside fun perks like free games to enjoy on breaks or after work.

The Bar Back position at Dave and Buster's is a critical role designed to support the bar team in delivering exceptional guest service. This role ensures that bartenders have everything they need to focus on preparing and serving drinks efficiently in a high-energy environment. The Bar Back contributes directly to the guest experience by keeping the bar area well-stocked, organized, and clean throughout shifts, allowing bartenders to work seamlessly. The job requires a proactive and positive attitude, as well as the ability to multitask and communicate well with both team members and guests. Bar Backs are responsible not only for the logistics and upkeep of the bar but also for maintaining a safe and compliant workspace with respect to alcohol service laws.

The role also involves spotting potential issues—such as low stock or spills—and promptly addressing or alerting supervisors. Flexibility is essential, as the Bar Back must work various shifts which may include evenings, nights, and weekends, adapting quickly to the dynamic pace typical of entertainment venues. Physical demands include lifting cases of beverages and standing for extended periods, highlighting the need for stamina and physical capability.

At Dave and Buster's, the Bar Back position is more than just a support role; it is foundational to creating an atmosphere of fun and efficiency. Candidates who join this team become part of a collaborative and supportive work culture that values enthusiasm, reliability, and teamwork.
