Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to handle, move, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Availability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to learning and adhering to responsible alcohol service practices
  • Legal minimum age to serve alcohol in the applicable jurisdiction

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a bartender preferred
  • Understanding of bartending fundamentals, cocktail formulas, and contemporary industry trends
  • Eligible to acquire all necessary Aramark and local/state-mandated alcohol service certifications
  • Demonstrates exceptional hospitality through friendliness and extensive beverage knowledge
  • Exhibits proficiency in organizational skills and multitasking with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors, receive requests, and facilitate monetary transactions through cash or credit card payments
  • Prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to attendees
  • Serve beverages to servers directly from the service well when necessary
  • Follow all established protocols for serving alcohol and promoting responsible drinking behavior, including age verification
  • Adhere to guidelines and protocols for managing cash transactions
  • Establish and dismantle workstations, incorporating thorough cleaning and sanitization procedures
  • Perform stock assessments and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting guests needs
  • Maintain a friendly attitude when interacting with guests, customers, and colleagues
  • Protect the safety of company resources
