Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred
  • ability to obtain necessary alcohol service certifications
  • capable of handling physical tasks including moving objects up to 25 lbs
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to responsible alcohol service practices

Job Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working as a bartender
  • understanding of bartending fundamentals, cocktail formulas, and contemporary movements in the industry
  • certification: eligible to acquire all necessary Aramark and local/state-mandated alcohol service certifications
  • demonstrates exceptional hospitality by showing remarkable friendliness and extensive knowledge of beverages
  • exhibits proficiency in organizational abilities, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on precision and meticulousness
  • physical requirements: involves periodic handling, moving, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 25 lbs
  • appreciates being in a dynamic and enjoyable workplace setting
  • availability to work a varied schedule, encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays, is advantageous for preferred candidates

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors, receive requests, and facilitate monetary transactions, whether through cash or credit card payments
  • prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to attendees
  • serve beverages to servers directly from the service well, if necessary
  • follow all established protocols for serving alcohol and promoting responsible drinking behavior, which includes verifying the age of customers to ensure they are legally allowed to consume alcohol
  • adhere to guidelines and protocols for managing cash transactions
  • establish and dismantle workstations, incorporating thorough cleaning and sanitization procedures
  • perform stock assessments and maintain optimal inventory levels for products
  • deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of guests to guarantee their satisfaction
  • keep a friendly attitude when interacting with guests, customers, and colleagues
  • protect the safety of company resources
