Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
Ability to obtain necessary alcohol service certifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting
Commitment to responsible alcohol service and customer safety

Job Qualifications

Prior experience working as a bartender preferred
Understanding of bartending fundamentals and cocktail formulas
Eligible to acquire necessary Aramark and local/state alcohol service certifications
Demonstrates exceptional hospitality and extensive knowledge of beverages
Proficient in organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks precisely
Physical ability to handle, move, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs
Enjoys working in a dynamic and enjoyable workplace
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred

Job Duties

Welcome visitors, receive requests, and facilitate monetary transactions through cash or credit card payments
Prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Serve beverages to servers directly from the service well when necessary
Follow all protocols for serving alcohol and responsible drinking, including age verification
Adhere to cash transaction guidelines and protocols
Establish and dismantle workstations, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitation
Perform stock assessments and maintain optimal inventory levels
Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting guest needs
Maintain a friendly attitude when interacting with guests, customers, and colleagues
Protect the safety of company resources
