The Bar Assistant at Dave & Buster's plays a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of the bar area. This position is essential in supporting Bartenders, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional drink services and creating memorable guest experiences. The Bar Assistant contributes to maintaining a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service. Responsibilities include replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, maintaining ice levels, and keeping the bar area clean and organized. In addition to assisting the Bartenders, the Bar Assistant interacts with guests by relaying inquiries and providing information as needed. The position demands a positive and helpful attitude, especially during busy periods, to support a collaborative team environment. Compliance with all company policies, including responsible alcohol service and safety regulations, is a must. The role also involves organizational tasks such as stocking and inventory management of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends, is required.
