Job Requirements

Be approachable and able to maintain a friendly and courteous manner, even during peak hours
Be available to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and/or weekends, as required
Thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment with a moderate to high noise level
Be able to understand and effectively communicate instructions and information
Be able to lift and carry items such as beverage cases, ice containers, and bus tubs, weighing up to 30 pounds
Move efficiently within the bar area and stand for extended periods of time
Be able to walk or stand for the entire duration of their scheduled shift
Frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety regulations
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team
Basic organizational skills

Job Duties

Plays a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements our food and entertainment, contributing to a fun and exciting atmosphere for our guests
Keeps the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about any low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, taking immediate action or suggesting solutions
Provides efficient assistance by promptly replenishing bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice levels are maintained, helping to minimize guest wait times
Maintains a positive and helpful attitude while supporting the bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
Assists with guest inquiries by relaying information to the bartender and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-organized for a positive guest experience
Supports the bartender by quickly and efficiently retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items
Ensures that empty glassware is collected and the bar area remains tidy throughout service
