The Bar Assistant position at Dave & Buster's plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bar area. In this position, the Bar Assistant will keep bartenders and supervisors informed about low stock levels, spills, or equipment issues and provide timely solutions. Job Duties
- plays a key part in delivering excellent drink service that complements food and entertainment, keeping the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, providing efficient assistance by replenishing bar supplies and preparing garnishes, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude supporting bartenders during busy periods, assisting with guest inquiries and maintaining bar cleanliness, supporting bartenders by retrieving ingredients and glassware, ensuring empty glassware is collected and the bar area remains tidy, informing the bartender or manager of any guest issues, adhering to policies regarding responsible alcohol service and safety regulations, stocking and organizing bar-related supplies, assisting with periodic inventory counts, checking and replenishing bar supplies before, during, and after service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, providing assistance to other team members, maintaining positive working relationships with all team members, meeting legal age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
