RH is currently expanding and looking for a knowledgeable and service-oriented Bar & Coffee Associate to enhance their team. This role focuses on providing a refined and elevated beverage experience that aligns with the company's commitment to the highest hospitality standards. As a Wine Bar & Coffee Associate, the individual will play a pivotal role in guiding guests through an exceptional beverage journey, ensuring outstanding quality, consistency, and presentation of wines, coffee, cocktails, and spirits.

The Bar & Coffee Associate will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining all beverage offerings at the highest standards, adhering strictly to RH's recipe and service protocols. In addition, the associate will actively engage guests with thoughtful recommendations on beverage pairings and seasonal selections, contributing to a high-end dining and service experience.

The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas, managing inventory, and supporting overall service flow with proactive and attentive teamwork. Working closely with location leadership, the associate will contribute to inventory management and assist in achieving service and financial performance goals. Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails
Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire
Meets the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
Commitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform guidelines, grooming, and hygiene practices, to ensure a professional presentation to guests
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails
Commitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform guidelines, grooming, and hygiene practices, to ensure a professional presentation to guests
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
Ability to engage guests warmly and knowledgeably
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in beverage preparation
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Create a warm and inviting experience by delivering first class service that reflects RH’s standards of hospitality
Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Uphold quality and consistency by adhering to RH’s recipe and service standards for all beverages
Engage guests with informed, thoughtful guidance on beverage offerings, including pairings and seasonal selections
Maintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the bar, storage areas, and related service spaces
Stock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory, including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, to support uninterrupted service
Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging warmly with guests, modeling polished personal presentation, and demonstrating deep knowledge of RH’s full menu, with a focus on beverage offerings
Support the flow of service with a “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” mindset, anticipating guest and team needs and clearing service items as needed
Partner with location leadership to perform regular beverage inventory and contribute to achieving service and financial goals
