RH Hospitality is currently seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented Bar & Coffee Associate to join their team. This role offers a refined and elevated beverage service experience, expected to uphold RH's highest standards of hospitality. The Bar & Coffee Associate will act as a guide throughout the guest's beverage journey, ensuring quality, consistency, and impeccable presentation in every drink served. The successful candidate will have a keen passion for expanding their skills and expertise in wine, coffee, and cocktails, contributing to a sophisticated environment where luxury service and guest engagement are paramount.

Their duties will include preparing and presenting cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with meticulous attention to detail, while maintaining the standards set forth by RH's recipes and service guidelines. The associate also plays a vital role in guest engagement by offering informed and thoughtful recommendations on beverage selections, including appropriate pairings and seasonal specialties. Beyond preparation and presentation, responsibilities extend to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas, managing inventory, and supporting an efficient service flow.

Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire
- Meets the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
- Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching, both overhead and below counter height
- Lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques
- Standing and walking for extended periods as part of daily work activities
- Safely ascending and descending stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipment
- Navigating low-lit, busy bar and service areas with attention to safety and control
- Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails
- Commitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform guidelines, grooming, and hygiene practices, to ensure a professional presentation to guests
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Create a warm and inviting experience by delivering first class service that reflects RHs standards of hospitality
- Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Uphold quality and consistency by adhering to RHs recipe and service standards for all beverages
- Engage guests with informed, thoughtful guidance on beverage offerings, including pairings and seasonal selections
- Maintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the Bar, storage areas, and related service spaces
- Stock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory, including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, to support uninterrupted service
- Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging warmly with guests, modeling polished personal presentation, and demonstrating deep knowledge of RHs full menu, with a focus on beverage offerings
- Support the flow of service with a Full Hands In, Full Hands Out mindset, anticipating guest and team needs and clearing service items as needed
- Partner with location leadership to perform regular beverage inventory and contribute to achieving service and financial goals
