Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- minimum 3-5 years experience in beverage management or related hospitality role
- experience in bartending or as sommelier beneficial
- strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- ability to plan, organize, and execute requests with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- ability to communicate effectively and maintain working relationships with staff
- ability to work in self-motivated environment with little supervision
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- professional appearance in clean uniform required
- knowledge of liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages
- strong knowledge of wines and spirits
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
