Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
less than 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience required
positive attitude and outgoing personality
banquet service experience preferred

Job Duties

Prepare coffee breaks and stock service carts and stations with necessary items
organize tables, action stations, buffets, and service carts
communicate special requests or additional food requirements to the kitchen
ensure timely clearing of dishes and crumbs
maintain presentation of dinnerware accessible to guests
supervise cleaning and proper sanitization of tables, stations, and service areas
