This particular position is a part-time, non-management role situated within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category, with a pay rate of $19.90 per hour. The role involves preparing and managing coffee breaks, food carts, and various banquet stations in accordance with specified Banquet Event Orders. Responsibilities include setting up tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, desserts, cordial carts, and ensuring all guests' dietary and allergy needs are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. The incumbent is expected to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations, replenish buffet items for consistency and freshness, and monitor tableware presentation and quality.

A crucial part of this position is guest interaction—welcoming and acknowledging guests, anticipating service needs, and assisting guests respectfully and professionally. The role demands active support in achieving team goals and maintaining high-quality service standards. Physical abilities such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, lifting and moving items, and handling over various surfaces and stairs are essential for successful job performance. Open availability is preferred with options for day and evening shifts. Experience in banquet set-up and knowledge of audio/visual equipment are considered advantageous.
