Job Duties
- Prepare coffee breaks and stock carts and stations with necessary items
- organize tables, action stations, buffets, and service carts
- communicate special requests or additional food requirements to the kitchen
- ensure timely removal of plates and crumbs
- manage the presentation of tableware to ensure guest accessibility
- supervise the cleaning and proper sanitization of tables, stations, and service areas
