Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Complete final breakdown of functions by cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper locations
  • complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and locking doors
  • set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas
  • transport dirty linens to proper cleaning areas, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens
  • maintain cleanliness throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
  • assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum guest service
